“Helping Hands”

Throughout my battle with brain cancer, I was awestruck by the amount of care and concern I received. Family, friends, nurses, doctors and other patients going through the same thing made my journey a lot easier. The helping hands are meant to represent the overwhelming care I experienced through this whole ordeal. I learned, by watching my mom battle cancer, that a positive outlook on a cancer diagnosis is crucial to healing. The rays inside the person represent the personal strength needed to drive a person to health once again. All in all, this work represents the two key things that helped me to recover.
